First spotted on the Balenciaga catwalk last season, this trend is the perfect combination of proportions and ideal for transitioning between seasons, ticking both the maxi and midi box at the same time. After the catwalk debut, it quickly became a street style favourite and took over our Instagram feeds.
Opt for a high necked or crew neck oversized knit in a block colour and team it with a long, floaty midi skirt (pleated or floral styles work best). The fashion influencer’s touch? Leave your coat at home – the pairing is conveniently cosy enough without it.
